Prize Giveaway Rules for SurveyUpsell.com

Winners will be chosen at random based on our mathematical equation, Prize winners will be notified within 3 business days that they have won. Prizes are promptly shipped to the winning user to the residence of their choice! If the prize is won by a contestant under the age of 18 the prizes will be shipped in the name of their legal parent or guardian. Winners will assume all responsibility for their prize, Any upkeep or damages conceived after the prize is handed over will be handled by the Winner or legal guardian and SurveyUpsell assumes no responsibility for the use, upkeep or damages after the prize has been handed over.

There is no contest entry. winners are notified randomly using our algorythm from the "Thank you page" that appears after one has completed a Survey or Feedback on a website using our software. If you have been selected as a Prize Winner the Thank You Page will present a notification to you and ask for you to complete a Prize Redemption Form so we can begin the prize delivery process. Prizes must be delivered to an actual address and not a PO Box. If you close down the Thank You Page prior to completing the required information on the form you will no longer be eligable to recieve your Prize. So don't do that! We will not be held responsible for users closing down the Priize Notification Window before completing the registration or for Internet outages, user computer problems or other technical issues that may cause the form not be completed.

SurveyUpsell is not responsible for misplaced entries, entries without valid means of contact, All un-useable entries will be discarded. SurveyUpsell is not responsible for the upkeep of any winnings, Or how the received product is used after leaving our residence.

Our contest prize giveaway is open to all legal residents of the 50 states, If under 18 you must have consent by a parent or legal guardian. Employees, Advertising agencies and partners are not eligible for prize give-aways.
